The stay was the most relaxing, fun and serene I have been in awhile. This is a gorgeous location and I will definitely be returned. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the woman at reception but she made you feel so at home and welcome and was there for whatever you needed, she really does a fantastic job. I give this place full stars and will be returning.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. The highlight being the wellness area and seaweed baths. Staff were very friendly and helpful and would happily visit again.

Lovely stay, the lodges are very comfortable and clean. Great restaurants on the doorstep with Beirnes of Battlebridge and the Leitrim Inn and the Arigna mining tour was excellent.

What a beautiful place. The moment we entered the gate I could feel myself switching off, and the houses are absolutely beautiful. The Voya products in the bathroom are s lovely treat and the house smells amazing! Can’t wait to go back.

Our stay was fantastic. We received such a warm welcome at reception and all amenities were clearly identified within the complex and also what the town had to offer. The setting was perfect that within minutes of our arrival we naturally forgot about the outside world and enjoyed the simple pleasure of sitting and chatting with a beer on the deck. I would highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the crazy world of work & noise. My suggestion would be an additional hand towel for the main bathroom . Looking forward to planning a return trip.

Best girlie trip ever. From our arrival to our departure everything was first class. The lodge was gorgeous and so well equipped. And nothing can beat sitting on the deck having my morning cuppa listening to the birds. We also availed of the spa and what a relaxing evening made all the better with glasses of sparkling prosecco. The woodland trails and walks were a great way to work up an appetite for dinner under the stars. The staff were so friendly and helpful as well. I completely recommend a stay here to enjoy the total relaxation the setting and facilities provide. Will definitely be returning........ soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Drumhierny Woodland Hideaway. The houses and location are just beautiful and the staff couldnt be more helpful. A big thank you to both Eilis and Sinead who helped in the weeks coming up to our trip and on the weekend itself. I will be recommending this to all of my friends and family.

We had the best time. A group of 8 went for the weekend and we were so pleasantly surprised by the cabin. It was so comfortable and cosy with a fully equipped kitchen so we had the option to dine in. The grounds are among so much nature with a spa and cafe on site. We used the hot tubs and sauna and it was beautiful. The staff are so so helpful and I can’t recommend it enough. I look forward to coming back again soon!

We had the most beautiful weekend in the woods celebrating my fathers 80th birthday. We rented 2 lodges next to each other. Lovely woodland walks and right beside the canal path for the joggers in the family. Perfect setting for a large family get together. Staff so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. The cabins were spotless, beds, mattresses, pillows so comfortable, as good as any 5* hotel. The spa experience was heavenly, we booked it out for the whole family and again staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Drumhierny has a real family feel, old fashioned hospitality. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to Battlebridge and Leitrim village for bars, trad music and good food. Oh and great pizza served around the campfire on a Friday night in Drumhierny! We’ll all be back.

If you're looking to get away from the city life, this place is a heaven ✨️ the atmosphere is so relaxing, the houses are amazingly nice and very clean!!! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Best recommendations!!!

We really enjoyed our weekend at Drumhierny this bank holiday weekend. It was great to be able to bring our dog along as it can be difficult to find pet friendly places. The location was perfect, so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the trails onsite but also it’s not too far from carrick on Shannon so we went there also . We will definitely return.

I had a fantastic break at Drumhierny Woodland Hideaway with my family, the accommodation is super fresh, spacious and modern and what I enjoyed most was how the houses are separated by forest so you always had a sense of privacy. We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings with a fire and roasting marshmallows with the kids and Drumhierny is a super location for visiting the local attractions like the Arigna Mines, Lough Key. We are already planning on our return visit!

A wonderful 2 days spent at this fabulous hideaway with 3 friends. the lodges are perfect, so modern & comfortable. A fabulous location to chill & relax surrounded by woodland listening to constant birdsong. We cooked in and sat out both evenings with the fire pit burning...soaking up the tranquility of this magic place. One of the days we did a lovely walk by the canal from Leitrim to Drumshanbo by the canal. Had lunch at Jinny's Tea Rooms & coffee at the Shed Distillery before walking back. The spa looked amazing..definitely next time! Can't wait to come back again!!

We absolutely loved our stay last weekend. The accommodation was stunning and facilities were great. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The only thing we felt could be improved on was maybe more towels being available in the bathrooms and some hooks to hang your towel on when not in use.
